1. Operator and acceptance
These terms govern the SautiBridge website and account access. Publisher details appear in the Legal Notice. By creating an account you accept these terms. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. The website is intended for adults using the service for professional purposes.
2. Website and service availability
SautiBridge focuses on video translation, dubbing and lip synchronisation for African-language audiences. The website presents the product, workflow examples and a plan catalogue, and provides account access and contact with our team. Creating an account does not automatically activate media processing, a paid subscription or a payment obligation. Available languages, features, processing limits and delivery arrangements must be confirmed before an order is accepted.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate details, protect your password and report suspected misuse promptly. You must not share access in a way that compromises another person's data. We may limit access to address an identified security risk or material breach, with notice and an opportunity to respond where practicable.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Published prices are in US dollars (USD) and are intended as a professional plan catalogue, excluding applicable VAT. They are not converted into euros by changing the company's address. The website has no checkout and collects no payments. Any paid service requires acceptance of a quote or order stating the service, currency, total price, tax treatment, billing period, payment date, duration and cancellation terms. No automatic renewal is created by website registration.
Before a professional sale, the agreed commercial terms must also identify payment methods, late-payment interest and the statutory recovery charge where applicable. Any offer to a consumer must be accompanied by the required consumer information and tax-inclusive pricing in euros. Those terms cannot be replaced by these general website terms.
5. Content ownership and permissions
You retain your rights in uploaded material and grant only the permissions necessary to deliver an agreed service. Before any processing, obtain the rights and lawful permissions needed for the recordings, voices, likenesses, music, trademarks and translations involved. Customer media may not be reused for model training without a separate, explicit agreement and a valid legal basis.
6. Responsible use
Do not use SautiBridge for deceptive impersonation, unauthorised voice cloning, fraud, harassment, exploitation, infringement or unlawful content. Do not bypass security, distribute malware or access other users' information. Label synthetic or materially altered content when required by law or platform rules.
7. Review of AI-assisted results
Language, voice and synchronisation outputs can contain errors. Check accuracy, pronunciation, cultural context, permissions and suitability before publishing. Illustrative scores and workflow screens on the website are not a guarantee of output quality or evidence of customer results.
8. Privacy and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains account-data processing. Where customer media contains personal data, the parties must establish the appropriate Data Processing Agreement before processing starts. Each party must protect confidential information received from the other.
9. Responsibility
Each party is responsible for the harm attributable to its breach under applicable French law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or gross negligence, or deprives an essential contractual obligation of its substance. Website interruptions or third-party failures do not automatically remove statutory rights.
10. Closure and cancellation
You may request account closure at support@sautibridge.com. Closing this website account does not, by itself, cancel a separately agreed commercial contract. Paid contracts must provide their applicable cancellation process; where French law requires online termination, that facility must be made available before the relevant subscription is offered.
11. Mandatory consumer rights
If mandatory consumer protections apply despite the professional purpose of the service, they prevail. These include applicable withdrawal rights for distance contracts, statutory conformity guarantees for digital services and access to consumer mediation. Starting a service early does not, by itself, waive a withdrawal right. The identity and contact details of the appointed mediator and any lawful withdrawal conditions must be supplied before a consumer contract is concluded.
12. French law and disputes
French law governs these terms, without removing mandatory protections that otherwise apply. Please contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable procedural law; these terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court or restrict mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights.
13. Changes and contact
Changes will be published with an updated date. Where necessary, we will notify account holders and request acceptance before applying material contractual changes. Questions may be sent to:
