This website supports account registration, login and onboarding enquiries. Its workflow illustrations do not upload video or perform AI processing. Separate media processing requires an agreed service and the additional information described below.
2. Information, purposes and legal grounds
- Account administration: first name, last name, email, optional company, password hash and account creation date. Required fields let us create and manage your requested account, on the basis of contractual or pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b)). We cannot create the account without the required information.
- Security: session identifiers, anti-forgery tokens and login-attempt counters protect access and prevent abuse. Hosting access logs may include IP address, URL, timestamp and browser information. The basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Correspondence: information you send by email or phone is used to answer the request and arrange onboarding, on the basis of pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in handling support.
- Legal records: records necessary to meet a legal obligation are processed under Article 6(1)(c). Creating an account does not create an invoice or payment.
The website does not collect payment-card information, operate advertising trackers, subscribe you to a marketing list automatically, or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.
3. Recipients and hosting
Access is limited to authorised SautiBridge personnel and providers who need the information to host the website, operate business email or deliver requested support. We may disclose information where legally required. We do not sell account information.
Account records are held on the website's hosting server. The operator must confirm the host, server country, backup locations and provider access locations for the live deployment; no France-only or EU-only hosting claim is made. See the Legal Notice for published hosting details.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Any hosting, remote access or processing outside the European Economic Area must be covered by a valid mechanism under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with the necessary assessment and safeguards. A provider's country alone does not demonstrate that a lawful mechanism is in place. Contact us for the destinations and safeguards applicable to your data before providing sensitive material.
5. Retention
Account records remain while the account is maintained for your requested access, then are deleted or anonymised when no longer required, subject to a necessary legal hold. Request closure by email. Support correspondence is kept for the time needed to resolve the request and any related dispute. Hosting logs and backup retention depend on the confirmed provider configuration and must be limited to operational and security needs. Restricted legal records are retained for the applicable statutory period. Ask us for the retention criteria that apply to a particular record.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. French law also permits instructions about the handling of your personal data after death. Email support@sautibridge.com. We only request additional identity information when reasonably necessary.
We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. For complex or numerous requests, this may be extended by two further months; we will explain an extension within the first month. You may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL, or the competent supervisory authority where you live or work.
7. Media and voice data
Do not submit videos or voice samples through ordinary support email unless a secure workflow has been agreed. When a media-processing service is enabled, its notice and contract must specify the purposes, providers, locations and deletion periods. Where we act on a business customer's instructions, that customer is the controller and the Data Processing Agreement governs our processor role. Image or voice processing must not be used for unauthorised impersonation or identification.
8. Cookies, minors and updates
Only essential session cookies are included; see the Cookie Policy. Accounts are intended for adults acting in a professional capacity. If data about a child has been submitted in error, contact us. Material changes to this notice will be published with an updated date and communicated where required.
